Checkout Time & Departure Instructions
Please note that our checkout time is at 11 a.m. on your designated date of departure. Should you need a later checkout, please inform our Front Desk as soon as possible. While late checkout is not guaranteed, we will do our best to help. Should you plan on leaving earlier than 11 a.m. , please inform our front desk team so housekeeping can be scheduled.
Before you leave, we ask the following:
- Please double check that you have all your items
- Close and lock all windows and lanai doors
- Turn off all lights, ceiling fans, and portable air conditioning to help conserve energy
- Kaba codes are set to deactivate your unit access at 11 a.m. for security purposes. Please be prompt with complying with our checkout time.
